…A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CLINTON…NORTHERN GRAND ISLE AND NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES… At 1256 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Champlain, moving northeast at 20 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm, in addition to dangerous cloud to ground lightning.
