…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM EDT FOR NORTHERN BERKSHIRE AND SOUTHEASTERN WINDHAM COUNTIES… At 1226 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain has moved out of the area, however rain will persist for the next couple of hours and localized areas of flooding could still occur across the warning area.
