…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR RUTLAND AND SOUTHWESTERN WINDSOR COUNTIES… At 340 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is occurring or expected to begin shortly.
