…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EDT FOR WESTERN LAMOILLE…NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS…CHITTENDEN AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES… At 242 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has occurred across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to continue in the warned area.
