In Vermont, Caledonia, Eastern Addison, Eastern Chittenden, Eastern Franklin, Essex, Grand Isle, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans, Washington, Western Addison, Western Chittenden, and Western Franklin. * Through late tonight. * Flash flooding is in progress or imminent in central and southern Vermont and will continue into the evening where warnings are in effect.
