…A FLOOD WARNING FOR RAIN AND SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM EST FOR EAST CENTRAL CALEDONIA COUNTY… * At 1015 AM EST, the river gage on the East Branch of the Passumpsic at East Haven was above action stage of 6 feet. A crest is expected near flood stage of 6.5 feet by midday. Minor field flooding and low lying flooding is possible.
