…A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM EST SUNDAY FOR NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY… At 936 AM EST, Local officials report that a new ice jam has formed near the Depot Street bridge with rapidly rising water upstream near South River Street and River Lane. Problems could proceed further upstream toward Beebe road.
