Doppler radar and automated gages indicate that between one and half to two and half inches of rain has fallen over the warning area since yesterday afternoon. Localized reports nearing three inches have been received. This rainfall has led to rapid rises of creeks and smaller rivers. * Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible through sunrise.
