…Snow Covered Roads And Slow Travel Across South-Central Vermont… Radar imagery at 645PM indicated a narrow band of snow extending across south-central Vermont and the Connecticut River Valley. Snow will persist in this region through midnight, before tapering off as the band shifts to the north and east of the region.
