…AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT NORTHERN NEW YORK AND NORTHERN VERMONT… At 1100 AM EST, an area of heavy snow was located along a line extending from near Eden to near Clayburg. Movement was southeast at 20 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this area of heavy snow.
