…Patchy Black Ice this Morning across Western New England… With temperatures falling below freezing coupled with wet roadways and sidewalks, some patchy black ice formation has occurred on untreated surfaces. The winds will increase from the west at 10 to 20 mph with some gusts to 30 to 40 mph during the morning commute.
