Movement was east at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms, in addition to dangerous cloud to ground lightning. Locations impacted include… Newport City, St. Johnsbury, Island Pond, Lyndon, Montpelier, Morrisville, Orleans, Derby Center, Charleston, Johnson Village, Jay, Calais, Newport Town, Glover, Waterbury Village, Montgomery Center, Albany, Burke and Hyde Park.
