…A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WESTERN ORANGE…EAST CENTRAL ADDISON…NORTHERN RUTLAND…NORTHWESTERN WINDSOR AND SOUTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTIES… At 639 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Rochester, moving northeast at 15 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.
