…A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHERN LAMOILLE…NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS…NORTHEASTERN CHITTENDEN AND CENTRAL FRANKLIN COUNTIES… At 1014 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Fletcher, moving northeast at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm, in addition to dangerous cloud to ground lightning.
