…A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN RUTLAND AND SOUTHWESTERN WINDSOR COUNTIES… At 731 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Dorset, moving east at 20 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm, in addition to dangerous cloud to ground lightning.
