…A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT EASTERN CLINTON… NORTHERN GRAND ISLE AND NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES… At 335 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 15 miles north of Highgate to near Isle La Motte. Movement was northeast at 25 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.
