…A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CLINTON… NORTHEASTERN GRAND ISLE AND NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES… At 1125 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 12 miles north of Mooers, moving southeast at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.
