…A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS AND NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES… At 903 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near East Richford, Vermont moving southeast at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm along with brief heavy downpours and frequent lightning.
