…A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN LAMOILLE…NORTH CENTRAL CALEDONIA…ORLEANS…WEST CENTRAL ESSEX AND NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES… At 602 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 16 miles north of Newport Center to 10 miles northwest of North Troy Village to 7 miles north of Franklin.
