…PATCHY BLACK ICE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING… Patchy black ice will be possible through around 10 AM this morning due as previously melted snow and rain from showers overnight froze back up as temperatures dropped into the 20s. Ground surfaces which appear wet may actually be slippery and ice covered.
