…AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE BERKSHIRES AND SOUTHERN VERMONT… At 849 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was located over the Berkshires and southern vermont and continue to sit over the area. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will persist and visibility will drop quickly to near zero within the core of the heavy snow band.
