Special Weather Statement issued May 02 at 1:00PM EDT by NWS

…The 2019 New York Statewide Communications Drill has begun… This is a test…there is NO Hazardous weather occurring. As part of this drill, the National Weather Service offices serving New York state, in cooperationn with the New York State Disaster Preparedness Commission, will be issue a test of the NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards.
