…Patchy Dense Fog and Black Ice Possible Through the Morning Commute… Patchy dense fog has developed along parts of the Hudson, Housatonic, and Connecticut river valleys early this morning, and will continue through a couple of hours after sunrise. The fog will result in rapid reductions in visibility at times.
