…Icy Roads Developing Across Central and Northern Vermont… At 210 AM…sharply colder temperatures were moving into central and northern Vermont, with temperatures quickly falling below freezing. This follows the heavy precipitation and isolated thunderstorms, and will result in developing icy road conditions across the state.
