LAWRENCE…ESSEX AND SOUTHWESTERN CHITTENDEN COUNTIES… At 716 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Debar Mountain to 11 miles southwest of Horseshoe Lake. Movement was east at 45 mph.
