…Poor Drainage and Low-Land Flooding Expected This Afternoon… Periods of moderate rain will continue across western Vermont through late this afternoon. Localized rainfall amounts between 2 to 3 inches have already been observed during the past 18 hours in portions of Rutland and Addison counties, and an additional half inch of rain is possible through 5 PM.
