…A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN ESSEX AND SOUTHWESTERN ADDISON COUNTIES… At 209 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newcomb, moving east at 40 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm, in addition to dangerous cloud to ground lightning.
