…A LINE OF HEAVY SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN RUTLAND AND CENTRAL WINDSOR COUNTIES… At 543 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy showers with embedded strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Barnard to Rutland City to near Wells to near Salem. Movement was east at 30 mph.
